This experience coupled with a continuous drive to seek operational excellence was the driving force behind setting up TSL Digital, a consultancy and production business designed to help agencies make tangible improvements to their day to day operations while delivering their work more efficiently and to the highest quality. Through business process engineering, financial and operational management models and workflow and resourcing systems, Steve has a proven track record of delivering significant results.
Head of Operations & Principal Consultant
Danna is an experienced operational consultant with 15 years experience working with global networks, marketing and ad agencies such as BBH, Wunderman, Sapient Nitro, Proximity and Digitas across major brands. She is skilled in developing and managing integrated production process and structuring integrated team models. Combined with an understanding of project management, operations and production, she has extensive knowledge is creating outsource and in-house delivery solutions, menu based production models and quality management capabilities. She has successfully built profitable, close-knit teams that are experts in project management agility.
Danna is also extremely passionate about creative work and coupling this with her operational expertise she ensures that there is equality between profit and creative stewardship. In 2009, she helped the digital team BBH bring home 3 Cannes Lions.
Head of Delivery
Mick is an experienced and results driven Head of Digital Delivery and Digital Senior Project with proven ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects. He encourages and supports his teams of creatives, designers, analysts and developers to deliver high quality projects in a productive and positive working environment.
He oversees all aspects of project delivery and department management, providing business value for our clients and stakeholders and aligning the department's focus to evolving commercial priorities.
Mick has worked with a variety of clients including Boots, Electronic Arts, Philips, Shell, Virgin Media and Volkswagen, delivering Digital Advertising, Micro sites, Social Media Campaigns and Ecommerce sites.
Head of Design
Nicola is a highly creative digital designer with a passion for creating and crafting beautiful design. With over ten years experience working in a New Media environment, she has worked on many high profile brands including Adidas, Land Rover, Nokia, Microsoft and Rolls Royce.
During her time in marketing and advertising, she has led the design process as well as managed teams of designers and creative teams to develop look and feel / branding, create stunning work and ensure consistency across all media.
Head of Technology
Since his early teens, Yiannis has been programming in one form or other. He started by reprogramming early pc games before heading off to study Electronic Engineering. His first stint in agencies came when he joined Wunderman as part of the Microsoft team working on Technet and MSDN. Following on, Yiannis joined AKQA to work mainly on Nike+, managing the EMEA localisations and introducing methods to reduce translation errors in new releases of the site. In 2007 , he joined Saint, and was instrumental in helping them grow from four people to Agency of the year in just under four years.
Yiannis is skilled in largescale multi market multi language site builds, Email CRM hosting setup, including CDN integration, Cloud based products, and Security testing dynamic banner builds, Content Management Systems, web and physical input/output builds. (eg physical data capture devices) and social build and integration.
Head of Quality
With over ten years academic and professional experience, Alex has an in-depth understanding of digital quality assurance process and execution. He has tested a broad range of software, web developments, back-end systems, games mobile and web applications and has helped provide QA consultancy and strategy overview within numerous media agencies and production studios.
Alex has since joined GND as the Head of Quality in order to take a lead in ensuring all deliverables and outputs meet the required levels of functionality and presentation.
